Important notes: Place of work Neuendorf & Suhr What you achieve You actively contribute to the development and further development of HR controlling (key figures, analyses, plausibility checks and reporting) You optimize and digitize HR and payroll processes and ensure high data and process quality You further develop the internal control system (IKS) in the HR and payroll area You support the operational payroll day-to-day business and ensure timely and high-quality salary processing You work closely with finance, especially in the context of monthly closures You work on central control topics such as personnel cost budgeting You are the contact person for employees and managers in billing and payroll-related matters What you bring Education: Completed basic or further training Field of study: Business administrator, HR, Payroll, Financial accounting Professional experience: 3-5 years HR, Payroll, Financial accounting In-depth experience and skills in the field of HR controlling and/or payroll with implementation and development competencies Motivation to actively shape and further develop a new role Good knowledge of the payroll and social insurance environment Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office (especially Excel) Analytical thinking and a good understanding of the connections between HR, Payroll and Financial accounting Structured and reliable way of working with high quality standards German (C1) French (A2) What we offer you Occupational pension: The benefits of the Migros pension fund are significantly above the legal requirements.
