• 20 July 2026 • 80% • Indefinite duration • Grad Rue 38, 1196 Gland You will pilot and manage the construction project of a building of 8 public utility and activity housing units (study phase and construction phase) and ensure the direction of the works and the representation of the client within the framework of this project. Project Manager at 80% Maximum contract duration of 2 years YOUR MISSIONS Within the framework of the project « Grand-Rue 9 » (study notice 70/2024 and construction notice currently being drafted): • Collaborate on the development of the project • Participate in the drafting of certain descriptions, tenders and execution plans for the works • Coordinate the planning, construction and maintenance of the building • Conduct negotiations (planning, finances, operation-) • Manage projects entrusted to third parties (architect, engineer, companies...) as the representative of the Client (analyze, direct and control the services performed) • Ensure the direction of the works, establish final accounts • Handle correspondence in relation to the project concerned • Occasionally inform the Municipality (notes, reports, plans, presentations) • If necessary, inform the stakeholders and the population of the project in progress. In connection with other projects and works: • Participate in the drafting of the Service's management report • Occasionally collaborate on other tasks of the Service and support the Head of Service in the processing of certain files YOUR PROFILE • Training as an architect or architectural draftsman (or training deemed equivalent) • Confirmed experience in site management • Mastery of general building technology (structural and finishing works) • Analytical and synthesis capacity, critical sense • Sense of organization, planning and negotiation • Good writing skills • Sensitivity to the field of energy and sustainable development • Sense of public service, open-mindedness and flexibility • Team spirit and collaboration • Ability to work independently and in a team • Knowledge of public procurement procedures • Availability: ability to occasionally assume an irregular schedule (evenings).
