Objectives and main tasks of the position Objectives Securing qualified care and support for elderly and care-dependent residents Professional representation of the institution to the outside Organization and management Conducting feedback sessions Participating in regular meetings with the nursing service management Smooth cooperation with other departments Implementing quality management in everyday operations Professional qualification The caregivers and support staff have a proven SRK basic course or equivalent training with at least 120 hours of training. The caregivers and support staff have good verbal German language skills, the ability to read and understand technical instructions, and correct entries in the care reports.
