The Department of Real Estate and Civil Engineering is being newly created as part of a reorganization and will in the future be part of the Department of Construction, Planning, and Environment (BPU). As the city of Chur's construction specialist, the Department of Real Estate and Civil Engineering represents the interests of the city as a property owner and client with around 130 employees and is responsible for all real estate management services. This includes structuring the real estate portfolio as well as planning, implementing, and managing real estate.
