MDM Semarchy Technical Lead (M/F)

Your role: As an MDM Semarchy Technical Lead, you are the technical referent for our MDM offering and play a key role in the success of our clients' projects. You are above all a hands-on profile, capable of taking charge of the most complex aspects of MDM projects while supervising more junior consultants. You intervene from the pre-sales phases to the production launch of solutions and support project teams on architecture, implementation, and technical governance aspects. You will also contribute to the skill development of our consultants and to the development of MDM expertise within Talan Suisse. Your responsibilities: Technical expertise and leadership Design and implement MDM solutions based on Semarchy xDM / SDP. Define technical architectures and development best practices. Supervise master and reference data modeling choices. Guarantee the technical quality of the implemented solutions. Perform architecture and code reviews. Supervise and support MDM development teams. Ensure the skill development of more junior consultants. Project Delivery Install and configure Semarchy platforms in client environments. Participate in the definition of integration architectures with existing systems. Supervise complex developments and critical components. Guarantee the performance, security, and maintainability of the platforms. Support testing, migration, and production launch phases. Act as a referent on technical issues encountered during projects. Client Consulting and Support Lead technical workshops with business and IT teams. Advise clients on best practices for governance and reference data management. Support the definition of MDM roadmaps. Participate in scoping and enterprise architecture phases related to Data Management. Offering Development and Pre-sales Contribute to the development of the Talan Suisse Data Management offering. Participate in client presentations and demonstrations. Perform workload estimations and tender response files. Contribute to the partnership with the publisher Semarchy. Participate in monitoring actions and the promotion of MDM expertise within the Swiss market. Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in the implementation of Data Management / Master Data Management solutions. Minimum 3 years of significant and demonstrable experience on Semarchy xDM. Proven experience in end-to-end MDM deployment projects. Experience in the technical supervision of project teams. Mandatory Technical Skills Master Data Management Expertise in the Semarchy xDM solution. Installation, configuration, and administration of the platform. MDM modeling. Workflow management. Data integration. Deployment and operation of MDM platforms. Architecture and Integration Application architecture and data architecture. REST API. Advanced SQL. Data integration and ETL. Cloud and hybrid environments. Multi-environment deployments. Appreciated Assets Knowledge of Semarchy Data Platform (SDP). Experience with Data Quality or Data Governance tools. Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP Cloud environments. Experience in large-scale Data transformation programs. Semarchy Certification. Soft Skills Recognized technical leadership.
