Job role ###### Logistiker/in ##### Experience level ###### Unskilled People with a willingness to perform physical work (e.g., loading/unloading trucks, packing and preparing shipments). Manual dexterity is an advantage. Job description ###### Main tasks: - Receipt, control and verification of incoming goods for completeness and quality. - Professional storage of products according to warehouse processes and warehouse requirements. - Picking, packing and preparation of customer orders for shipping. - Coordination and processing of air freight shipments. - Monitoring and tracking of shipments from goods receipt to shipping. - Monitoring of stock levels as well as performing stock controls and inventories. - Processing of returns, including inspection, sorting and restock. - Safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks. - Carrying out quality controls as well as processing damaged goods. - Ensuring cleanliness, order and compliance with safety standards in the warehouse. - Recycling of packaging materials and support with waste management. - Close cooperation with the teams from warehouse, e-commerce and air freight to ensure smooth processes. - Active participation in process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications & skills: - Professional experience in warehouse, logistics or a comparable area is an advantage. - Good physical fitness as well as the ability to lift and move heavy loads. - Reliable, careful and independent way of working. - Strong teamwork skills and good communication skills. - Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage. - Forklift license is an advantage. - Flexibility and willingness to work in different shifts and at varying working hours if required. - Ability to work efficiently and precisely even in a dynamic work environment.
