Planning, organizing, and providing care that meets quality standards, in connection with the institution's charter. Offering personalized care Application of the institution's protocols and procedures What we offer you: A reference structure specialized in home care, placing particular importance on personalized care and close relationships, Care rounds within a restricted geographical area, by bicycle, car, or on foot Continuous day shifts, morning, evening, or split shifts. To succeed fully in this position, you distinguish yourself by the following qualities and skills: You hold a nursing diploma with Red Cross Recognition; You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse You have a successful first experience in an oncology or HAD service; You have good knowledge regarding the Genevois or Swiss healthcare network; You are organized, flexible, and adaptable; You are comfortable with IT tools; You have a personal vehicle (a plus) or are comfortable on a bicycle; The autonomous management of an emergency situation does not scare you, you are in control of your emotions; You know how to demonstrate great interpersonal skills and discretion; Your criminal record is clear.
