Around 1'200 collaborators, including 180 in initial and ongoing training, work in various fields. Each year, we care for and support over 11'500 hospitalized patients and over 70'000 outpatient patients. More than 27'500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center. For our human resources department, we are looking for a competent and proactive person as Head of HR Sector (h/f) from September 1st, 2026 or by agreement Your tasks ## • Responsibility for the entire employee life cycle (recruitment, integration, development, departure) for specialized departments and various clinics • Participation in the implementation and development of HR strategies, processes and projects • Advice and support for managers and employees on all personnel-related issues • Accompaniment of change processes and organizational development, as well as health management Your profile ## • Completed commercial training as well as specific HR training, preferably with a federal certificate of competence • Relevant practical experience of several years, preferably in an acute hospital • Proven expertise in the entire HR life cycle • Strong IT affinity (Opale, PEP, UKA v.V.) • Solid advisory and change management skills • Team player, straightforward, loyal and trustworthy personality Our offer ## We offer you a varied activity within a well-rehearsed team that looks forward to collaborating with you.
