Social Pedagogue HF/FH 70% - 80% The ESB Stiftung Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise and offers people with support needs attractive training and jobs as well as various forms of housing and services. The ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, one in the canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities pursue the goal of promoting the self-determined life of people with disabilities. To reinforce our youth residential house team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a/an Social Pedagogue HF/FH 70% - 80% The Jugendwohnhaus Liestal offers 22 youths and young adults a home for a limited time. The residents complete training within the ESB or in another institution - often as part of an IV measure. Our youths and young adults bring very different personalities, life experiences and disabilities. We accompany them individually in their personal development, promote their independence and support them in taking responsibility for their own lives. Additionally, five training apartments are available for youths with a higher degree of independence. In addition, we offer residential coaching to make the transition to an independent life as successful as possible.
