August or by arrangement a: Technical Service Employee 100% Requirement profile: • Completed manual or technical vocational training (e.g., Fachmann/Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ, Hauswart/in or comparable training) • Professional experience in building maintenance or technical service is an advantage • Manual dexterity and technical understanding • Independent, reliable and careful way of working • Friendly, helpful and respectful appearance • Good German language skills in speaking and writing • Driver's license category B is an advantage What awaits you: • Maintenance, servicing and control of the buildings as well as the technical systems • Carrying out repairs and maintenance work • Ensuring operational safety and compliance with safety and fire protection regulations • Care of the outdoor facilities as well as ensuring winter service • Support with internal moves as well as transport and logistics tasks • Accompanying and coordinating external craft companies • Collaboration on renovations and technical projects • Cooperation with all areas of the house and service-oriented support for employees and residents In addition to our familial environment, we offer you: • Good and progressive social benefits and employment conditions • Free parking spaces • Discounted meals • Further training opportunities Have we aroused your interest?
