To complete the maintenance team, we are looking for a Polyvalent Household Employee (M/F) with an activity rate of 80%-100% for a CDM of one year. Mission You ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the institution's laundry and carry out necessary cleaning operations for the maintenance and disinfection of the premises, respecting the hygiene and safety rules in force. Responsibilities Laundry processing Ensure the maintenance of clothing, linens and other fabrics including sorting dirty laundry, treating stains, washing, drying, ironing, calendering and folding Ensure the maintenance and storage of the laundry room and laundry sorting Ensure the proper use of equipment, products and machines used, in accordance with procedures, standards and safety instructions Cleaning and maintenance of premises Carry out cleaning and disinfection work on the premises by applying the method and hygiene and safety rules in force in the establishment Prepare equipment and machines Use cleaning products according to established guidelines, while respecting safety instructions Evacuate waste Desired profile Basic training in the field of maintenance (cleaning and laundry processing) Previous experience in a similar position in a laundry At ease with French Sense of public service; ease of contact with people in situations of disability Collaborative spirit, flexibility and discretion This job is often done standing and requires a certain level of physical resistance.
