We are recruiting: A full-time Real Estate Sales Broker Your mission: As part of the development of our sales service, we are looking for a real estate broker specializing in the residential sector (apartments and villas). You will play a key role in supporting our clients throughout their real estate project, from the mandate to the final signature. Your responsibilities: Prospecting and developing a portfolio of residential real estate properties Estimating the value of properties (apartments and villas) and advising owners Ensuring the promotion of properties (advertisements, visits, enhancement) Organizing and carrying out visits with potential clients Supporting buyers and sellers at each stage of the sales process Negotiating sales conditions and ensuring transaction follow-up Maintaining an active watch on the local real estate market Your profile: Proven experience in real estate brokerage, ideally residential Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market Developed commercial sense and customer service skills Ability to work autonomously and results-oriented Relational ease, sense of negotiation and listening Mastery of common computer tools Driving license essential We offer: A dynamic and stimulating work environment A recognized brand and an attractive portfolio Performant tools to support your activity An attractive remuneration linked to your performance Great autonomy in organizing your work
