Main Responsibilities and Tasks Logistics & Distribution #### • Management and resolution of client requests on campus • Parcel delivery: Receive, sort and distribute parcels and mail to the various services, departments and secretariats of the campus • Linen management: Actively participate in the delivery, drop-off and collection of clean/dirty linen intended for the boarding houses Waste Management & Eco-responsibility #### • Collection and sorting: Ensure the collection of waste and recycling bins (paper, cardboard, plastic, etc.) across the entire site • Flow management: Transport waste to dedicated storage areas or the campus waste disposal site, ensuring compliance with selective sorting instructions Maintenance & Cleanliness (The campus image) #### • Bus cleaning: Ensure regular maintenance, interior cleaning (vacuuming, disinfection, windows) and exterior cleaning of campus buses or shuttles • Occasional maintenance: Intervene in support of cleaning missions according to the specific needs of the site In General #### • Close collaboration with the various departments of the school • Campus maintenance upon request • Compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental rules in the execution of all work • Coordination with the Team Leader • Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the "Associate Director of Operations" • Winter season: support the team with snow removal on the campus and vehicles • The position requires the ability to perform regular manual handling (carrying loads) as well as frequent travel on foot or by vehicle on campus • A driving license (B) is indispensable for this position in order to drive the delivery vehicle or the service car Profile Sought ### Hard Skills (Technical skills) • Sense of organization to optimize delivery and collection rounds • Knowledge of hygiene, safety rules and selective sorting instructions • Driving license indispensable Soft Skills (Human qualities) • Sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills: Person in direct contact with campus clients • Sense of organization: Ability to manage priorities in the field • Ability to collaborate with different services • Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously • Basic knowledge of common IT tools and electronic messaging (emails) • Very good command of French.
