To strengthen our team in Niederbipp, we are looking for you as soon as possible as Team Leader Sales AFH Tasks: • Leadership of the AFH sales team: You lead and develop the sales team in the Away From Home sector, coordinate sales activities and ensure efficient and goal-oriented collaboration within the team. • Sales and results responsibility: You plan and control sales activities to achieve defined sales and revenue targets and are responsible for the sustainable development of the business area. • Customer relationship management and expansion: You care for existing customers, cultivate long-term partnerships and actively identify new business opportunities through targeted new customer acquisition. • Market and competitor analysis: You observe market trends and competitor developments, analyze sales figures and derive suitable measures for the further development of sales from them. • Offer and contract management: You are responsible for creating offers as well as for price and contract negotiations with customers and business partners. • Collaboration with internal interfaces: You work closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, administration and other specialist departments to ensure a smooth order and delivery process. • Further development of sales processes: You optimize existing sales processes, bring in new ideas and support the strategic further development of the business area. Profile: • Training in sales: You have completed commercial training and have ideally further trained in sales (e.g. sales specialist, sales manager). • Several years of experience in sales: You have solid experience in B2B sales and ideally know the wholesale trade. Experience or a pronounced affinity for online trading and digital distribution channels rounds off your profile. • Leadership experience an advantage: You have already gained experience in leading employees or have the potential to successfully lead and develop a team. • Sales strategy / IT: You have experience in planning and implementing sales strategies as well as in expanding market shares. You are familiar with CRM systems and common MS-Office applications. • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting: You recognize opportunities in the market, act in a solution-oriented manner and actively develop the sales area further. • Communication and negotiation strength: You convince with a confident appearance, negotiating skill and clear communication. • Structured and independent working method: You work in an organized, goal-oriented manner and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
