ISMS Project Manager # (m/f/d) freelance/in temporary permanent employment for a project Olten Start date: immediately Reference number: 888620/1 Tasks ### • Management and control of ISMS projects throughout the entire project lifecycle • Creation of project roadmaps, project mandates, and detailed implementation plans • Ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and qualitative project delivery • Management of risks, dependencies, changes, and escalations • Establishment and implementation of effective stakeholder and communication management • Organization and moderation of workshops, meetings, and steering committees • Definition, monitoring, and reporting of project goals and key performance indicators • Close cooperation with specialist departments, IT teams, and external partners • Ensuring compliance with governance, compliance, and security requirements • Promoting a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented team culture Profile ### • University degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable qualification • Sound experience in IT project or program management • Proven success in managing complex IT projects • Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or comparable • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern project management tools • Sound knowledge in the field of information security and/or ISMS • Experience with guidelines, standards, and governance processes • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working • Very good English skills in speaking and writing Benefits ### • Remote possibility • Occasional travel to Olten possible • Exciting environment with international cooperation and high visibility
