HR Manager – Recruitment Agency (Genève) 50% Your mission As HR Manager, you will be a true pillar of our organization, with a role that is both strategic and very operational. Your responsibilities include notably: Management and support of a small team of HR Generalists Supervision of all operational HR processes (contracts, onboarding, employee follow-up) Full management of payroll and Swiss social insurances Relationship and coordination with external partners (compensation funds, insurances, fiduciaries, authorities) Guarantee of legal compliance (LSE, Swiss labor law, local regulations) Optimization of HR processes and participation in continuous improvement Support to internal teams on all HR issues Your profile Proven experience as HR Manager / HR Business Partner / Senior HR Generalist Imperatively from: a fiduciary, or a recruitment agency / staffing Excellent mastery of Swiss payroll and social insurances Very good knowledge of the Swiss market and its HR specificities Hands-on personality, capable of operating both in the field and on strategic subjects Natural leadership, team spirit and sense of responsibility Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented What we offer An agile and entrepreneurial environment A human-sized, dynamic and benevolent team A role with a real impact on the organization Flexibility: 50% position Location: Genève jpid3178f54jm jpit0729jm jpiy26jm
