• 11 August 2026 • 80% • Indefinite period • Berne Berne | 80-80% What you can contribute • Independently guarantee efficient IT services and assume overall responsibility for them • Develop, plan, steer, implement, ensure and control IT service management and operations processes • Negotiate, harmonize and update service level agreements (SLA) and continuously monitor their proper application • Advise and support internal stakeholders during the development of service contracts with suppliers and partners • Manage and optimize the change management process (IT-Change Management) and ensure the coordinated transfer of all IT changes into the production environment • Provide deputy support for our office manager What makes you unique • Completed higher education (HES, university) in computer science, business informatics or equivalent practical experience • Validated knowledge in information and communication technologies and several years of experience in application integration • Excellent analytical and design skills, methodical approach and ability to think in networks • Ability to work in an independent, quality-oriented and results-oriented manner • Knowledge of the federal administration is an asset • Knowledge of office software (Windows, Office M365) is an asset In a few words Thanks to your expertise, help shape the digital future of our office.
