Tasks ## • You lead challenging, cross-departmental projects as part of our transformation program and accompany them from initialization to sustainable implementation. • You develop future-proof organizational and process solutions together with managers and departments, ensuring that changes are effectively anchored in everyday life. • You create orientation in complex issues, prepare well-founded decision-making bases for clients, steering committees, and management, and control projects with foresight in terms of benefits, risks, deadlines, costs, and quality. • You bring people together, moderate different interests, and promote a trusting, solution-oriented collaboration across departmental boundaries. • You continuously develop our project management and apply classic, agile, or hybrid methods effectively, depending on the challenge. Profile ## • You are a curious, courageous, and implementation-strong personality who enjoys shaping changes together with others. • You have several years of experience in leading complex projects and are also confident in challenging stakeholder constellations. • You think analytically and conceptually, quickly recognize connections, and find pragmatic solutions without losing sight of the big picture. • You have a university degree (FH, university, or equivalent) with a business administration focus and a sound further education in project management (e.g., IPMA, PMI, HERMES, PRINCE2, or comparable). • You have achieved verifiable successes in designing and optimizing organizations, processes, or working methods, using modern methods and an effective change approach. Additionally, you are interested in the challenges of the healthcare system and want to develop and successfully implement future-oriented solutions.
