To achieve this, you will work closely with specialists in the field of child and youth welfare. A meaningful task with room for maneuver and social relevance. Your tasks <br /> • Licensing of residential institutions and conducting supervision of outpatient and residential institutions (operational responsibility within the assigned portfolio) • Advising service providers regarding their services and in handling special occurrences and crises • Conducting contract negotiations and ensuring performance controlling • Developing concepts and other instruments • Participating in specialist committees and projects in child and youth welfare <br /> Your profile <br /> • Degree in the field of Social Work at university of applied sciences/university level (consecutive Master's) or comparable training • Several years of activity in the field of child and youth welfare • Responsible • Strong in dialogue and assertive • Excellent German skills (C2) and very good French skills (B2) <br /> We offer you You may rightly assume that the Canton of Bern is a fair employer in every respect with very good employment conditions.
