Zimmerwald | 80-100% (Jobsharing möglich) This is what you can contribute • Procure and analyze structured and unstructured data from publicly accessible sources to develop intelligence products • Prepare geodata for intelligence products; perform data analyses and modeling using analysis tools and data mining methods; create visualizations and maps • Edit and reconcile information to confirm or refute established hypotheses • Monitor and evaluate technical and methodological developments in the areas of Web Intelligence / Social Media Intelligence and FIMI • Be available as a competent contact person for inquiries, departments, and technical discussions in your own analysis area • Monitor relevant developments in the field of security policy and expand your knowledge <br /> What makes you unique • Higher education: Master's degree (university/ETH, HF) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Political Science, Criminology, International Relations, or Security Policy • Independent working style, quick grasp, analytical thinking, excellent team skills, and editorial skills • Knowledge of OSINT; mastery of internet and social media research techniques; ability to conduct investigations in digital infrastructures • Experience in programming languages (especially Python) and procurement, analysis, and visualization tools; knowledge of best practices in development (git, CI/CD) • Goal- and results-oriented work; interest in new technologies and topics of international security policy • Good active knowledge of a second official language and very good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage <br /> In brief You work autonomously in a team of OSINT specialists.
