Production Planner

We offer an exciting position in an innovative high-tech company in an international environment. The place of work is Thun, Switzerland. Tasks/Responsibilities Your tasks Preparation, scheduling and planning of manufacturing in one function – from technical work preparation to material scheduling to schedule- and capacity-compliant production planning Interface between purchasing, assembly team leader, R&D and order management Work Preparation (AVOR): Creation and maintenance of work plans, determination of manufacturing steps, organization of fixtures/tools, provision of complete manufacturing documentation, interface to design/engineering Scheduling: Determination of requirements from orders and planning, triggering purchase requisitions (ordering itself is carried out by purchasing), monitoring delivery dates and material availability, ensuring timely provision for manufacturing Production Planning: Creation, maintenance and adjustment of short- to medium-term production plans (quantities, dates, sequences), capacity balancing with assembly and the testing field, sequence and priority planning in the event of bottlenecks, monitoring of manufacturing order deadlines and proactive escalation R&D Planning: Scheduling of R&D requirements (prototypes, pre-series, special builds) into the ongoing production, coordination of resources and dates between development and manufacturing, consideration of material and capacity requirements for development orders Maintenance of planning-relevant master data in the ERP (bills of materials, work plans, lead times, lot sizes) Reporting and KPIs (delivery reliability, lead times, utilization) Collaboration in the continuous improvement of planning and preparation processes (CIP, Lean) Qualifications What you bring with you Successfully completed apprenticeship (electronics, mechanics would be an advantage) Further training in the field of production/logistics/PPS (or equivalent) Experience in work preparation, scheduling & production planning Experience in single-/small series production with a high technical component Technical understanding of assemblies/components, advantageously in vacuum/precision technology Advanced knowledge in the use of ERP systems Very good knowledge in the use of MS Office Very good German and English skills What we offer: Future-oriented and diverse company with modern workplaces and workshops At least five weeks of vacation Good social benefits and insurance Very good connections with public transport and car, parking spaces available Location near Lake Thun Numerous employee events (BBQ party, summer party, etc.) jpid7c9e1a6jm jit0833jm jiy26jm
