Job Description ### • Pilot and coordinate construction and renovation projects (residential, tertiary, public or industrial buildings). • Coordinate studies via mandatories and internal services • Supervise technical monitoring, planning and financial control of projects. • Lead a team of large-scale construction site managers, (technical support, project height, monitoring of technical skills development of teams). • Coordination of external partners, and liaison with clients. • Provide solutions and areas for improvement for your service (technological, legal, standards monitoring). Profile ### • Degree in civil engineering EPF, HES, equivalent or Technician ES or equivalent. • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in large-scale construction project management in Switzerland in a similar position. • Excellent mastery of SIA standards and usual software. • You are an inspiring leader who knows how to transmit and listen to your teams. • Excellent interpersonal skills, very good communicator. • Rigor, analytical mind and solution-oriented.
