Your task Act as assistant to the management & board of directors Organize and prepare VR and management meetings Keep protocols, track measures, and manage dates, pending tasks, and documents Create presentations, reports, and decision-making bases Support management in administrative, organizational, and cross-departmental topics Coordinate group-wide marketing & communication tasks and projects Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing and communication activities Maintain and further develop websites, social media channels, and marketing and sales documents Plan and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal and external communication Organize and coordinate trade fairs, in-house exhibitions, and customer events Collaborate with sales, external agencies, and service providers and ensure a professional market presence Your profile Commercial training with further education as a management assistant, marketing specialist, or comparable qualification Several years of experience in assistant, marketing, or communication functions Very good knowledge of Microsoft-365 applications Experience with content management systems and social media platforms German: stylistically secure (C2) / English: good knowledge (B2) / Swiss German: advantageous Your perspectives For a committed personality who is ready to take the next career step, a key role in an innovative company is offered here.
