Job Description ## Within the administrative and technical services, the Head of Accounting and Finance will be responsible for coordinating and supervising accounting and financial activities, in accordance with the framework set by the management. In this context, the main missions will be the following: * Ensure budgetary and financial monitoring of the institution in close collaboration with the management * Make budget forecasts in light of planned expenses and commitments * Produce financial reports necessary for the accounting and financial management of the institution and communicate them to the budget holders and management * Establish and develop budget monitoring tools * Control the keeping of analytical and financial accounting carried out by the accounting team * Participate actively in the closure of accounts and analyze deviations The Successful Applicant ## The Head of Accounting and Finance we are looking for will bring the following background and skills: * Higher education in accounting, finance or business economics * Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position * Mastery of usual computer tools * Great knowledge of analytical accounting * Ability to take initiatives and work autonomously * Available, calm and sense of entrepreneurship What's on Offer ## The opportunity to join a public institution and provide support in the context of a temporary mission.
