Job description Set up job subscription   Claims Employee (w/m/d) General Agency Aarau # Insurance General Agency / Aarau  / Experienced professionals  / Permanent/ 80% - 100% What awaits you ## In this role, you will complement our claims team and assist our customers quickly and easily in the event of a claim. What you will achieve with us ## You will support our customers in uncomplicated claims processing and accompany them personally throughout the entire process. You will receive the claim notifications and be responsible for further processing and settlement. You will independently initiate necessary immediate measures and maintain close contact with all parties involved. What you bring with you ## • Completed vocational training • Professional experience in claims processing or sound specialist knowledge in general private insurance • Enjoyment of customer contact  • Independent, responsible and proactive personality • Fluent German skills Working with us ## We offer you a challenging, varied and independent activity in a motivated team with opportunities for further training.   Your place of work is in Aarau and your workload is negotiable from 80%. The start date is by arrangement.
