• 01 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Bienne Our client, a major player in the Arc jurassien, is strengthening its Purchasing, Support & Infrastructures department and is looking for an experienced Project Manager (M/F) to lead complex transformation projects for buildings and multi-technical infrastructures. Project Manager - Transformation & Infrastructures HES engineer, ES technician or equivalent experience in building/construction techniques Experience in civil engineering: a valued asset Minimum 10 years of experience in pre-studies, transformation or renovation of works Excellent analytical capacity, strategic vision, ability to step back Ease in coordinating multidisciplinary teams Analyze the existing situation: technical, energy, regulatory and functional diagnostics of buildings Define the transformation strategy: strategic orientations, environmental, economic and future usage issues Lead feasibility studies: technical, financial, environmental, programming of needs Coordinate contributors: architects, engineers, study offices, industry specialists Develop specifications: consultation files, contractual documents, calls for tenders
