We have what you need: Electrical installer CFC / Head fitter (M/F/D) Responsibilities • Carry out and modify electrical installations according to plans and diagrams. • Install and connect panels, ducts, wires, cables and electrical devices. • Participate in commissioning and prepare measurements and work orders. • Train and supervise apprentices in their professional development. • Manage and coordinate teams dedicated to residential construction projects. • Manage small construction sites and projects for villas and buildings. • Plan, organize and monitor the progress of work on construction sites. • Ensure the link between the field, management and clients for efficient work. • Contribute to the preparation of offers, measurements and financial monitoring of projects. • Guarantee quality, safety and customer satisfaction on every project. Profile • CFC as an electrical installer required. • Minimum 3 years of experience in general electrical installations. • Experience in personnel management, ideally with the preparation of offers and measurements. • Ongoing or planned additional training for Federal Diploma of Electrician. • Dynamic, human and responsible skills with team spirit. • Business vision and willingness to progress within the company.
