Technical Support Services Area (60 - 100%) The asa is a service organization for all cantonal road traffic offices of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. As a customer-oriented service provider, asa solves tasks that individual road traffic offices could only manage with great effort. Main tasks Support in the NoSe service, application for the digitalization of emergency aid courses and eye tests Collaboration in the theory test service, especially in image design and preparation of visual content Support for the specialist managers in the services area Administrative organizational and cross-departmental work Requirements Completed vocational training, preferably in the areas of administration, mediamatics or digital services Enthusiasm for new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) Curiosity and pleasure in getting to know applications and quickly familiarizing oneself with different systems No hesitation in dealing with various applications and IT systems Reliable, structured and careful way of working Good knowledge of German and French, Italian skills are an advantage Enjoyment of team-oriented cooperation We offer an interesting activity in a versatile and future-oriented environment with high autonomy corresponding salary and social benefits Workplace in an attractive location Home Office possible Entry by arrangement Would you like to learn more?
