For our locations in Windisch and Muri AG, we are looking for an upbeat and customer-oriented personality as Technical Allrounder for maintenance, building and vehicle maintenance 100% You have completed an apprenticeship in a technical profession (e.g.: workshop, carrosserie, mechanic, facility management or building maintenance) and can demonstrate several years of experience without interruption. A PW driver's license is a requirement. The handling of impact drills is required. Experience in painting rooms and facades is an advantage. The scope of tasks includes the following activities: Vehicle maintenance: • Responsible for the display areas (order and cleanliness), preparing and providing vehicles, commission tours (vehicle movements, procuring parts, MFK tours) Building technology: • Responsible for cleanliness in and around the building, maintaining seasonal order and decorations. Assembly and repairs of facilities, sockets, water and air systems, building cleaning and light renovations according to specifications. Infrastructure: • Maintenance and upkeep of: compressors, oil bar, osmosis, washing and pumping systems, machines and aggregates from the workshop, lifting platforms and test tracks, gates, lighting, air conditioning and heating Driver's license Cat.
