To strengthen our Real Estate Management department, we are looking for a committed, independent and service-oriented personality as Mandate Manager Co-ownership and Condominium Ownership As a member of the management, you are responsible, together with your team and supported by our industry software Microsoft Dynamics 365 / ImmoNext, for an exciting portfolio of co-ownership and condominium ownership properties and are in daily exchange with our valued customers. Area of responsibility Co-ownership / Condominium ownership communities: Administrative management Conducting general assemblies Execution of resolutions Front-line work Selection and supervision of caretakers Control of co-ownership / condominium ownership accounts Preparation of multi-year budgets Accompanying the committee and the auditors Technical management Property inspections Supervision of common areas, building technology and surroundings Applying for project loans Developing renovation proposals and usage variants with specialists and entrepreneurs Quotation management, awarding of contracts Inspection of craftsman work As a member of the management, you are responsible for further activities and participate in the further development of the department as well as in the acquisition of new customers.
