Your missions • Carry out pricing studies and measurements for transformation, renovation, and demolition projects; • Analyze public and private tender files; • Build and optimize cost prices and financial offers; • Consult suppliers and subcontractors; • Propose technical variants and project optimizations; • Participate in the development of execution methods and support the work teams during the construction sites. Sought profile • Training as a Works Manager, EPF/HES Civil Engineer or equivalent training; • Confirmed experience in calculation / pricing studies in the field of transformation and renovation; • Excellent technical knowledge of large-scale work, reinforced concrete, and demolition; • Mastery of AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office; • Autonomous, rigorous, and solution-oriented personality; • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team in a demanding environment. \#LI-Hybrid
