​ Specialist Operations Maintenance / Caretaker (100%) Location: Hägendorf Duration of assignment: 10.08.2026 – 31.12.2026 Extension possible: Yes For our client, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as a Specialist Operations Maintenance / Caretaker.​ Your tasks Building operations and maintenance \* Ensuring an impeccable building condition \* Carrying out small repair and maintenance work \* Monitoring technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical) \* Organization and supervision of maintenance work by external specialist companies Grounds maintenance \* Care of green spaces, lawns, hedges and plantings \* Winter service including snow removal and ice control \* Cleaning and maintenance of parking spaces, paths and outdoor facilities Customer care \* Contact person for tenants, users and visitors \* Receipt and processing of fault and damage reports \* Coordination of craftsmen and external service providers \* Support during events and special occasions Administrative activities \* Maintaining control and maintenance protocols \* Creating reports and damage reports \* Obtaining offers as well as material orders \* Support with budget and cost controls Your profile \* Ideally a completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ), preferably in a manual field (e.g., Specialist Operations Maintenance EFZ or comparable training) \* Manual dexterity as well as an independent and reliable way of working \* German language skills at least level B1 \* Forklift license an advantage \* Friendly appearance as well as enjoyment of contact with various stakeholder groups ​ What awaits you \* Varied activity with individual responsibility \* Collegial working environment \* Possibility of an extension of the assignment \* Personal support by Manpower during the entire assignment Interested?
