Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Guarantee the proper functioning of SAP Solution Manager and standard processes and ensure the provision of related services • Participate in the administration and development of ALM processes and systems within the federal administration • Actively contribute to the planning and implementation of SAP migration projects as well as changes and updates • Support the team outside of regular working hours by providing on-call services <br /> What makes you unique • Proven technical experience of several years in the use of SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and, ideally, knowledge of Focused Build • Solid experience in consulting related to SAP Solution Manager and practical knowledge of applications intended for IT service management (incident and change management) • Open-mindedness, flexibility, reliability, and interest in sharing knowledge and experiences • Interest in new SAP technologies, willingness to discover new topics, and desire to work according to agile methods • Good knowledge of two official languages and English <br /> In a few words Join the OFIT team responsible for providing services related to SAP Solution Manager within the federal administration.
