Psychological Counseling (20% - 60%) The Association for Labor Market Measures VAM is a private law organization that promotes the integration of job-seeking individuals into the labor market in a multifaceted way on behalf of the Canton of Zug. Through targeted counseling, active placement, and labor market programs with integrated further education, the chances of job seekers on the labor market are to be improved. We are looking for an agreement: Psychological Counseling (20% - 60%) As a Psychological Counseling, you will support job-seeking individuals in their psychological stabilization and professional integration. With your professional expertise, you will conduct anamneses and counseling interviews in German and English, recognize individual support needs, and triage to suitable specialists if necessary. Through your effective and timely counseling, you will make an important contribution to sustainable integration processes. What profile do you bring with you: Mandatory: Completed university degree in psychology Several years of experience in counseling and accompanying people in stressful life situations In-depth knowledge and confidence in dealing with psychological stress reactions and mental illnesses Very good communication skills in German and English Didactic skills for conveying psychological content to different target groups in an understandable way Responsible and professional handling of confidentiality, data protection, and secrecy Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work Advantageous: Practical experience in counseling or coaching in the area of labor integration In-depth knowledge of the labor market and labor market integration processes What tasks can you expect: Psychological counseling of job-seeking individuals regarding psychological, family, financial, and professional questions Showing everyday techniques to reduce or end current psychological stress or by hinting at further counseling from specialist institutions or self-help organizations Knowledge transfer and counseling on psychological topics Depending on the workload: Implementation as well as preparation and follow-up of a weekly module in small groups with a focus on resilience promotion, self-control, motivation, stress tolerance, and work-relevant psychosocial skills (within the framework of a 10%-workload) for job-seeking individuals.
