In our three sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, around 260 employees contribute daily in our homes. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. In the Ebnet house, in the heart of Herisau, there are 48 rooms or apartments spread over three floors. The proximity to the village center allows for varied relationships inside and outside the house. Red Cross Care Assistant 80%# We are looking for an experienced, autonomous and calm person, with a heart for our residents, as Your demanding and varied tasks: • You support our residents in their daily activities and respond respectfully to their needs. • You assume autonomously and reliably care and support tasks within your skills - in morning and evening service until 21:15, from Monday to Sunday. • You accompany our residents with empathy in their daily lives and support their well-being. • You are attentive to changes, transmit important observations to the team, and report to the responsible specialist of the day. • You work appreciatively in a team and contribute to a positive collaboration. Our requirements: • You have completed the training as a care assistant and have several years of professional experience in long-term care. • You work autonomously, reliably, and responsibly, and keep an overview even in demanding situations. • Respectful and empathetic contact with elderly people is a pleasure for you and close to your heart. • You have good knowledge of German, both spoken and written (at least level B2), and can communicate safely and professionally. • You are a committed team player and contribute with your appreciative attitude to a pleasant and family-like atmosphere.
