Technical Project Manager 100% - Kitchen Faucets Area In this demanding role, you are responsible for the comprehensive management and monitoring of projects in your area from conception to market launch. In this role, you will also support the LAUFEN VARA area (multifunctional kitchen faucets). Which area of responsibility awaits you with us: Management of all project phases: scope, schedule, budget, risk management and cross-functional coordination Coordination and integration of all relevant project streams: product development, digital enablement, production preparation, marketing, commercialization, supply chain and after-sales Ensuring the integration of innovative technologies in the product development process Budget monitoring and active risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle Stakeholder management as well as continuous and structured communication regarding project progress What we wish for from you in terms of professional expertise: Experience in dealing with project management methods and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Office) as well as knowledge of the product development process – from idea to launch Experience in product management to be able to assess business opportunities and to support the sales team and our customers with technical questions Very good German and English skills Ability to coordinate and motivate interdisciplinary teams Excellent organizational skills as well as strong time management for structuring complex projects Technical curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions to ensure that product functions meet the needs and expectations of customers And last but not least, you are a cheerful and reliable team member and enjoy working with international colleagues in a global group.
