We expect autonomy and accountability from every member in order to provide the best service to our clients. - Management of operations and incident resolution - Guaranteeing service compliance - Identification of automation opportunities for support activities - Participation in the development of "Managed Services" Your skills • Several years of experience in network operations • Extensive knowledge in Routing and Switching (Nexus, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), as well as WLAN (Cisco) • Knowledge in the following areas: Firewall (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet), NAC (ISE), Proxy (ZScaler), PAM (Wallix), Reverse Proxy, Load Balancer • Autonomous and proactive • Very good level of French and English, both written and spoken • Resident in Switzerland We offer you the possibility to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or at your home.
