Then we look forward to getting to know you. The Stiftung Blaues Kreuz / MUSUB beider Basel is one of the leading outpatient specialist centers in the Basel region. We accompany people regarding the topics of addiction, health, family, finances and work - resource-oriented, well-founded and with a holistic view of the person. In addition to classic addiction counseling, we are constantly developing new offers. These include, among other things, innovative approaches to holistic counseling with acupressure, yoga and aromatherapy counseling, as well as new projects at the interface of prevention, health and psychosocial counseling. For our Fachstelle Basel-Stadt we are looking for an engaged personality as of 1. October 2026 or by arrangement as Addiction Counselor / Addiction Counselor (50 %) ## Your tasks You accompany people with addictions and their relatives on their personal path of change and undertake diverse tasks in the process: • Counseling of those affected as well as relatives in individual, couple and family sessions • Leading group offers and courses • Counseling of young people within the framework of school social work • Networking and cooperation with institutions in the health, social and addiction assistance sector • Co-development of innovative counseling offers and projects • Planning and implementation of workshops, training and prevention offers What you bring with you • Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a comparable field of study • Joy in working with people as well as a resource- and solution-oriented basic attitude • Independent, structured way of working and team spirit • High social competence, ability to reflect and openness to new ideas • Professional experience in the addiction sector is welcome, but not a requirement • Knowledge of social insurance law is an advantage Why you should come to us We want to not only move clients forward - but also our employees.
