In this versatile role, you will process demanding appeal and building permit proceedings, advise municipalities and private individuals on legal issues, and contribute your expertise in a targeted manner. Your tasks <br /> • Instruct legal remedy proceedings and draft appeal decisions in diverse areas of law • Draft complex building permits as well as other decrees in a legally secure manner • Accompany and provide legal support for instruction and settlement negotiations • Advise municipalities and private individuals as well as carry out inspection visits at municipalities • Supervise legal interns and collaborate in specialist areas (e.g., domestic violence and evictions) <br /> Your profile <br /> • Completed legal studies (MLaw) with a lawyer's patent and/or sound knowledge of Bernese procedural law • Interest in administrative and procedural law issues • Enjoy analyzing complex legal cases, researching legal questions, and seeking practice-oriented solutions • Proficient and mediating interaction with a wide variety of target groups • Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and preferably also good oral French skills (B2) <br /> We offer you You may rightly assume that the Canton of Bern is a fair employer in every respect with very good employment conditions.
