In order to strengthen our Accident & Health team in French-speaking Switzerland (Geneva or Nyon), we are looking for a committed, structured personality with excellent communication skills as: Broker Accident & Health (100 %, m/f/d) Your main responsibilities Comprehensive advice as well as support for national and international corporate clients in all areas of accident insurance, sickness daily allowance insurance and related topics Lead and conduct market analyses, tenders and comparisons of the various offers Close partnership with the senior branch specialist, actively contribute to the development of relationships with existing clients and support the acquisition of new clients in close collaboration with client relationship managers and Aon's international network Active participation in internal initiatives as well as cross-functional projects aimed at improving service quality, efficiency and commercial performance Your profile Solid training in the field of social and personal insurance (accidents & sickness), AFA diploma is an asset Several years of experience (5-10 years) in corporate consulting regarding accident insurance, sickness daily allowance insurance and related topics, ideally within an insurance company or a brokerage firm Strong customer orientation.
