Support our innovative company in the sustainable development and production of our devices and services as: Technical Service Clerk (a) #   Your tasks ## • Processing of service, commissioning, and maintenance orders • Advising customers on technical questions • Support in the scheduling and work preparation of service technicians • Creation of offers for maintenance work including refrigeration systems • Processing of customer complaints • Cooperation with various interfaces within the company What you bring with you ## • Technical basic training • Professional experience in the field of HVAC and/or electrical engineering • Application knowledge MS Office; Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage • Quick comprehension as well as a structured and independent way of working • Motivated personality with high commitment, flexibility, and ability to work in a team • Good oral and written communication skills   Have we aroused your interest?
