Sales Administration and ERP Specialist - FR/ANG - PERMANENT POSITION (M/F)

Your mission Are you rigorous, customer-oriented, and comfortable with digital tools? Our partner, a Swiss industrial company active internationally, is looking for a Sales Administration & ERP Specialist to join its dynamic team. In this key role, you will be at the heart of exchanges between customers, production, and logistics, while acting as the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) referent within the ADV department. Customer service and sales administration: - Manage an international customer portfolio, from quotation to invoicing - Ensure the processing, follow-up, and coordination of orders in the ERP (D365) - Be the preferred point of contact between customers, production, quality, and the supply chain - Record and follow up on complaints in collaboration with internal teams Logistics and export: - Organize and follow shipments (Switzerland and international) - Prepare export documentation - Coordinate logistical flows with forwarders and partners ERP Referent: - Train and support internal users - Guarantee the reliability and consistency of data in the system - Participate in D365 evolution and optimization projects - Develop Power BI dashboards for reporting Your profile \- CFC commercial employee or equivalent training - Minimum 5 years of experience in ADV / customer service / international logistics - Excellent mastery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Very good knowledge of Incoterms and export procedures - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI - Fluent French and English (C1 level) - Rigorous, autonomous person, customer-oriented and endowed with a good analytical spirit The advantages that this company offers you: - A key position in a stable, international, and growing company - A versatile function combining customer service, logistics, and digitalization - Attractive conditions, a modern environment, and a friendly team atmosphere - Real prospects for evolution and continuous training Start date: - Immediately or to be agreed Who are we?
