We are looking for proactive and responsible candidates who enjoy holistic care and first-class individual work. • Accompanying and supporting patients and their relatives in the OR department • Independent preparation, instrumentation, and assisting in the specialties of orthopedics/traumatology, neuro-, and visceral surgery, jaw, and ENT • Preparing procedures and assisting with positioning according to existing schemes, taking safety measures into account • Forward-looking, committed, and reliable instrumentation in all procedures across our broad surgical spectrum • Undertaking day, late, and also on-call services (no night shifts) In your additional function as a vocational trainer, you will undertake the following activities: • You are jointly responsible for the education and development of students • Competent accompaniment and support of students to practice and train new actions, competencies, and skills. • Professional implementation of the educational mandate according to the training concept <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Diploma as a specialist in surgical technology • Several years of professional experience, ideally in our core specialty areas of orthopedics and traumatology • Ideally professional experience in the field of education or readiness to acquire it • Enjoyment in working with students as well as in imparting knowledge in the practical and theoretical areas • High resilience and flexibility as well as high professional and social competencies • Good user knowledge of common PC application programs <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace, a cheerful and dynamic team that looks forward to your support awaits you.
