YOUR TASKS • Management of the anesthesia nursing team with direct leadership and promotion of around 30 employees at the St. Gallen site • Economic management of the department as well as qualified personnel deployment planning • Ensuring interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation in the OR as well as related interfaces • Co-responsibility for the development and control of the required safety and quality standards • Co-responsibility in the further training of Dipl. Experts in Anesthesia Nursing NDS HF • Collaboration as a specialist in anesthesia nursing in the customer-oriented professional care of our patients <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as a Dipl.
