Nurse (M/F) home care On behalf of one of our clients, a leading institution active in home care in the Riviera-Chablais region, we are looking for Nurses: Nurse (M/F) home care Your mission Within a committed and multidisciplinary team, you play an essential role in maintaining the home care and quality of life of the beneficiaries. In this capacity, you will be required to: Provide personalized nursing care at the patients' homes. Assess the needs of the beneficiaries and develop adapted care plans. Ensure clinical follow-up and guarantee the continuity of care. Collaborate closely with doctors, relatives, and the various stakeholders in the care network. Actively participate in the promotion of autonomy, comfort, and well-being of patients. Your profile HES Nurse diploma or recognized equivalent title. For diplomas obtained abroad: CRS recognition is imperative. Confirmed professional experience of at least 2 years in home care. Excellent ability to work autonomously and manage priorities. Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and communication. Strong interpersonal skills and patient orientation. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable.
