Baumer 100 Quality Management / Quality Excellence by arrangement What drives me ## • You take over the coordination and lead in escalated quality incidents and ensure that risks are sustainably eliminated. • You actively support departments in the continuous improvement of product, process, and system quality and introduce best practices. • You are in close exchange with international key customers and suppliers and represent our quality requirements convincingly externally. • You conduct customer and certification audits, work as an auditor, and ensure the feedback of lessons learned into the organization. What it takes ## • You have a technical degree or comparable training and have in-depth experience in the industrial quality environment. • You apply common quality methods such as 8D, audit, error management, or change processes safely and think in structured solutions. • You approach challenges analytically, pragmatically, and with methodological competence (e.g., Six Sigma) and bring topics sustainably to the goal. • You communicate safely in German and English and are willing to travel occasionally within Europe to care for our key customers and suppliers.
