PROJECT-/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER 80-100 % The Glaser Baupartner AG is a construction management company based in Basel. We accompany construction projects from planning to realization and place great emphasis on quality, sustainable building and constructive cooperation with clients, planners and contractors. To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for an experienced and committed person as a project-/construction manager 80–100 %, who leads projects independently and ensures a high-quality execution on the construction site. Your tasks: Construction management: • Independent construction management of renovation, rehabilitation and new construction projects in the Basel area • Monitoring and coordination of all trades on the construction site — from shell construction to commissioning • Ensuring quality, deadlines and costs according to planning and sustainability requirements • Leading construction meetings, protocols and daily reports • Carrying out acceptances and controlling the executed work Tendering & submission: • Creation of tender documents (performance descriptions according to NPK, estimate) • Obtaining, checking and comparing contractor offers as well as creating award recommendations • Coordination of the entire submission process Communication & administration: • Direct contact person for building owners, planners and contractors • Cost control, change management and invoice control (Messerli) • Ensuring clean project documentation and construction correspondence • Participation in the further development of internal processes and digital workflows Your profile: • Completed training in the construction industry (e.g. drafter EFZ architecture, construction manager, technician HF) • At least 3 years of professional experience in construction management • Independent, reliable and careful working method • Experience in tendering is an advantage • Very good technical understanding of construction as well as a structured and precise working method • Enjoyment of team work, clear communication and a high sense of responsibility • Proficient handling of Office tools; knowledge of Messerli is an advantage What we offer: • Long-term collaboration in a family-like and dynamic team • Diverse and exciting construction projects in the Basel area • Short decision-making processes and an open, appreciative corporate culture • Modern working tools and efficient digital processes • Timely and fair remuneration • Individual development opportunities and scope for own ideas
