From our location in Sursee, our team picks up donations and carries out apartment and house clearings, and further processes these goods in various ways. To complement our team, we are looking for a Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for procurement and management of goods. Pickups and clearings, donation acceptance, sorting, and preparation of donated goods. This always involves cooperation and guidance of program participants according to agogic principles. We would like to assign you the following tasks: Accompanying and carrying out pickups and clearings Direct donation acceptance, preparation, and sorting of products Co-coordination in the various areas of goods logistics Work-educational guidance and leadership of 6-10 program participants Writing reports, administrative work within the framework of the work-educational task Supervision of learners as a professional trainer Collaboration on projects for the further development of tasks in the goods logistics department You can take on these tasks efficiently and safely if you have completed training or further education in the logistics sector (or similar) with professional experience in this field. If you have already completed or planned an agogic education, you are well-equipped for this task. You are an open, customer-oriented, and physically resilient person. A hands-on mentality and openness to development and innovation describe you perfectly. You like to lead people, are a role model for them at all times, and are happy to see their development. Social issues interest you, and you are happy to engage with them. Of course, your very good German language skills (C1) are also required, and you have a category BE driver's license.
