For our pre-kindergarten group we are looking for you as a committed group leader who accompanies the development of our youngest children with passion and heart. Your tasks: You lead our pre-kindergarten group with professional competence and heart. You design a varied everyday life that strengthens the children in their independence, their social learning and their joy of discovery. You attentively accompany the individual development of each child and prepare them specifically for kindergarten. You lead your team with appreciation and support the employees in their pedagogical work. You work closely with parents and accompany them as a trustworthy contact person. You contribute your ideas to the quality development of the Kita. Your profile: You have completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ, Kleinkinderzieher/in, Sozialpädagoge/in or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland. You bring several years of professional experience in the care of children, ideally in a baby group. You have initial leadership experience or the desire to take on leadership tasks. You work empathetically, responsibly and in a structured manner.
