For our team at the fitness center in the Tertianum Parkresidenz Meilen, we are looking for a Group Fitness Instructor 50% starting 01 September 2026 or by arrangement Your tasks • You will take over group lessons (gymnastics, body toning, aquafit, etc.) • Creation of training plans as well as monitoring and supporting guests as well as external customers in achieving their training goal • Accompanying and caring for guests throughout the entire training process to improve mobility or gait stability, strength and endurance • Conducting introductory training and selling subscriptions • Collaboration in an interdisciplinary treatment team with flat hierarchies (physiotherapy, activating therapeutic care, guest service, etc.) • You ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the studio Your profile • Completed training as a Group Fitness Instructor or an equivalent training with preferably some years of professional experience • Interest and joy in working with elderly and people in need of care • Sales flair as well as high service and advisory competence • Your motivation and your sense of responsibility inspire our guests • You are flexible and enjoy working in a team (shifts from Monday to incl. Saturday according to the workload) • Good manners and a well-groomed personality • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German skills in spoken and written Why Tertianum?
